Can I cancel my order?If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you may email us at tendingthesoulart@gmail.com and we will cancel your order for you. If, however, more time has passed and we have already shipped the order, we will be unable to cancel it. Contact us at the email above and we will see what we can do.

Do you do custom orders?Yes! We have a commissions page where you can fill out a form to begin the process. We are open to considering custom orders for certain products if a customer gets in touch with us. Make sure you contact us far enough in advance so that we are able to get your piece shipped in plenty of time. Prices may vary.

How do I leave details about custom orders?You may contact us through the commissions page with details for a custom art piece. Or, if you would like something specific about a print (i.e. writing, packaging, or one of the options on the customizable products) you may leave us a note when you make your purchase with details, or email us at tendingthesoulart@gmail.com. If you have any more questions, we also have a submission form which is available on the 'Contact Us' page.

What can I do if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?Please send, through email at tendingthesoulart@gmail.com, pictures of the item(s) in question, and we will either refund you the cost of the product, or resend the item.

Do you ship internationally?Yes! We do ship internationally. We have the option to ship to Canada on the website and will work with you if you live farther away. Just contact us through the website and we will help you. We do not offer free international shipping.
